{"id":573,"date":"2025-09-05T15:37:06","date_gmt":"2025-09-05T15:37:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.saukcountyha.org\/?p=573"},"modified":"2025-09-10T15:37:28","modified_gmt":"2025-09-10T15:37:28","slug":"notice-of-public-hearing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saukcountyha.org\/?p=573","title":{"rendered":"NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Please be advised that the Sauk County Housing Authority will hold a <strong>Public Hearing<\/strong> on <strong>Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at 3:00 PM<\/strong>, in the Board Room of the Housing Authority Office located at <strong>1211 8th Street, Baraboo, WI 53913<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public comment regarding the following items:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Five-Year (2025\u20132029) Capital Funding Plan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Significant Amendment Updates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>NSPIRE Inspections<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>HOTMA (Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act of 2016) Sections 102, 103, and 104 updates affecting both the Public Housing Admissions and Occupancy Plan and the Section 8 Administrative Plan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The above documents are available for public review at the Sauk County Housing Authority office located at <strong>1211 8th Street, Baraboo, WI 53913<\/strong>, Monday through Thursday, <strong>8:00 AM to 5:00 PM<\/strong>.
