Please be advised that the Sauk County Housing Authority will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at 3:00 PM, in the Board Room of the Housing Authority Office located at 1211 8th Street, Baraboo, WI 53913.

The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public comment regarding the following items:

• Five-Year (2025–2029) Capital Funding Plan
• Significant Amendment Updates
• NSPIRE Inspections
• HOTMA (Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act of 2016) Sections 102, 103, and 104 updates affecting both the Public Housing Admissions and Occupancy Plan and the Section 8 Administrative Plan

The above documents are available for public review at the Sauk County Housing Authority office located at 1211 8th Street, Baraboo, WI 53913, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
